We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
For UPI / manual payment orders, processing begins after payment is verified by our team.
For Razorpay (online payment) orders, processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner once the shipment is handed over.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
We periodically offer free shipping — any such offers will be clearly displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
6. Courier Partners
We use reputed courier services for delivery. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and availability. You will see the courier partner name and tracking number on your order tracking page once dispatched.
7. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the shipment is returned to us.
For prepaid orders (Razorpay / UPI), we will contact you to reattempt delivery or issue a refund (minus shipping charges).
For COD orders returned due to non-availability, the order is considered cancelled.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours at info@metaalifebio.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
